Is Russian Visa Services processing your application for you? If the answer is YES and if you are downloading the Russian Visa Application form from the Internet and sending to our office for processing please read and follow these simple guidelines:

· ITEM #8, MARK TOURISM BOX.
· ITEMS #9, #16, #18 AND #39 LEAVE BLANK.
· ITEM #10 MAY BE COMPLETED WITH THE NAME OF THE INITIAL CITY OF YOUR ARRIVAL IN RUSSIA.
· DATE AND SIGN BOTTOM OF THE FORM.
